Stadium Goods ships orders daily from Monday through Friday, with the exception of domestic holidays. All outgoing orders are handled by FedEx. Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. EST will ship on the same day. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will ship on the next business day.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at Stadium Goods prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, Stadium Goods will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
We do not accept returns. Please be aware of this while shopping. With our consignment merchandise, which is 99% of our inventory, we will only accept returns in the event of fulfillment error. If there is a fulfillment error, you must let us know within 14 days of your order’s original ship date. In these instances, first contact us stating the issue, re-pack the item(s) in the packing box your order was shipped in (or comparable) and return the package to Stadium Goods. Upon receiving the item AND verifying the product is in the same condition it was when it left our store(s), Stadium Goods process a refund.
Shipping and Handling
We do not accept C.O.D.’s on returned and exchanged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please contact our returns department with any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
Stadium Goods does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you recieved the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to email@example.com. Stadium Goods will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).
