Well, that didn’t take long. It’s only March, but Nike has already released what could end up being the Sneaker of 2023: a collaboration with legendary luxury jewelry designer Tiffany and Co. on the Air Force 1 Low. Dubbed the “1837,” a nod to Tiffany and Co.'s founding year, the opulent colorway is the company’s first official collaboration with The Swoosh. This is a significant occurrence considering that Nike and other sneaker brands have been releasing shoes inspired by Tiffany and Co.’s famous Tiffany Blue hue for years.
As one might expect, the new Tiffany and Co. x Air Force 1 Low “1837” was released in super limited quantities. Its limited nature means that the shoe is fetching a pretty penny on the secondary market. If you want a pair, you better be ready to fork up some serious cash. If you want a pair and don’t feel like applying for a mortgage loan to do so, you’re not entirely out of luck. There are actually quite a few “Tiffany” inspired colorways on the market, which can be found right here at Stadium Goods.
Without further ado, these are some of our favorite “Tiffany” colorways.
Women’s Nike Air Force 1 Low “White/Washed Teal”
Love the new Tiffany and Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low “1837” but aren’t necessarily a fan of black colorways? Feast your eyes on the Women’s Nike Air Force 1 Low “White/Washed Teal,” an alternate version of the “1837,” just without Tiffany and Co.’s cosign. (And the heftier price tag.)
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Grey/Aqua” is another “Tiffany” inspired colorway with a shadowy vibe. If it’s a versatile shoe you’re after that still channels some of the jewelry brand’s premium aesthetic, this is definitely your shoe.
Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Tropical Twist”
By every measure, the Diamond Supply Co. and Nike SB Dunk Low “Tiffany” from 2005 is one of the greatest sneakers ever. It’s also one of the hardest to track down. Here’s a great consolation prize: the Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Tropical Twist,” a colorway of the retro basketball shoe that’s designed in ta similar color block as the “Tiffany” SB Dunk.
Diamond Supply Co. x Kith x ASICS Gel-Lyte 5 “Tiffany”
Diamond Supply Co. x Kith x ASICS Gel-Saga “Tiffany”
Back in 2015, Diamond Supply Co. rehashed its “Tiffany” colorway theme, but with Kith and ASICS as partners. The collaboration between the three iconic footwear brands resulted in two of our favorite “Tiffany” inspired shoes: the ASICS Gel-Lyte 5 and ASICS Gel-Saga “Tiffany” colorways.
Diamond Supply Co. x Nike SB Dunk High “Tiffany”
Before collaborating with Kith and Asics, though, Diamond Supply Co. teamed up with Nike SB to bring back its iconic “Tiffany” SB Dunk, this time on the skate shoe’s alternate high-top model, in 2014.
Nike Air Max 97 “Black/Sport Turquoise”
Yes, even the Nike Air Max 97 has been released in a Tiffany-esque colorway. Known as the “Black/Sport Turquoise,” this easy-on-the-eyes shoe was released as part of the celebration of the Air Max line’s 35th anniversary (hence the “XXXV” on the toe).
Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Elephant”
There are several exciting references baked into the design of the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Elephant.” The shoe’s classic elephant print is no doubt inspired by the patterning found on the Air Jordan 3. Next, its overall appearance is a subtle nod to Nike’s many collaborations with Japan based sneaker boutique Atmos. In a way, the “Elephant” envisions what an official collaboration between Nike SB and Atmos would look like had it come to fruition.
Diamond Supply Co. x Puma Clyde
The mid-2010s were a high point for Nicky Diamond’s Diamond Supply Co. skate brand. Two years after releasing its Nike SB Dunk High “Tiffany,” and a year after collaborating with Kith and ASICS on several “Tiffany” inspired shoes, the California based entity released the classic Puma Clyde in “Tiffany” in 2016.
Stadium Goods Crew Socks “Teal”
If you’re going to wear any of these “Tiffany” inspired colorways, the only pair of socks you should be thinking about wearing is our Stadium Goods Crew Socks in “Teal.”
