The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star “BHM 2020” is a tribute to the observance of Black History Month, which occurs annually in February. This special colorway of the Chuck Taylor All Star was released in February 2020 alongside a Converse Pro Leather model that also featured a Black History Month redesign. Here, an arrangement of materials in various earth tone shades of color highlight one of the most popular “Black History Month'' colorways yet. Details include a mismatched arrangement of olive green canvas, mustard yellow suede, black mesh, and blue canvas on either shoe. Contrasting burgundy shoelaces offset the divergence of colors. Multicolor “BHM” embroidery is stitched onto the cream canvas tongue. Similarly, Black History Month branding can be found on the license plate of the right shoe while the left shoe sports the familiar Converse Chuck Taylor All Star insignia. Release date: February 19, 2020.
