HOLIDAY 2020 DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Thank you for choosing Stadium Goods this holiday season! Since our products are in-stock and ready-to-ship, our mission is to get you your items quickly and seamlessly.

For all orders, please allow up to 3 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Orders must be placed on or before the following dates to ensure delivery before Christmas:

  •       Monday, December 14th - US Ground
  •       Wednesday, December 16th - US 2-day Express

  •       Thursday, December 17th - US Overnight delivery


     International orders:

    •      Sunday December 13th - Canada, Qatar, Saudia Arabia

    •      Monday, December 14th - Hong Kong, Sweden, Switzerland
    •      Tuesday, December 15th - UK, UAE, Norway 

    •      Monday, December 17th - Australia

As COVID-19 continues to affect delivery times across the globe, you may experience increased shipping delays. We cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas for any orders placed after these dates.  As always, Stadium Goods reserves the right to cancel any orders as noted below.

We are offering extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed on stadiumgoods.com from Thanksgiving day, Nov. 26, 2020 through Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 2020 are eligible for return until Wednesday, Dec 30, 2020. International orders are eligible for return until Friday, Jan. 8, 2021.

All returned items are subject to inspection and re-authentication. Once your returns are received and approved, a refund will be issued to you in the original form of payment.

DELIVERY

For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 3 business days before an order ships.  Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders delivered to the U.S. will be shipped via FedEx, and orders delivered internationally will be shipped via DHL.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed.  Additionally, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

CANCELLATIONS

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.  All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

If you are an EU resident and choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] 

If an item becomes unavailable, Stadium Goods reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time.  We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment.  You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.

RETURNS

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, simply initiate a returns request <HERE>.   

Our standard return policy is as follows (please see above for holiday 2020 return policy):

  • - Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from delivery date for US orders; 7 days for China orders; and 14 days for rest of world.
  • - Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.
  • - Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
  • - Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.
  • - All items purchased during a promotional period are final sale.

Stadium Goods does not provide return shipping labels. For your protection, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or there has been a fulfillment error, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and we will address it promptly.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and re-authenticate the item(s) and process your refund.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our consignment marketplace, we are not able to offer exchanges.  Since every item may have a different seller and level of availability, even identical items may vary in price. 

If you purchased an incorrect size, once received, you are welcome to submit a return request for a refund back to your original payment method.  Please keep in mind that the returns process may take up to 14 business days before a refund is reflected back to your account.
