The Nike Lunar Flyknit HTM gets its namesake from the trio of innovative designers who helped create it: Hiroshi Fujiwara, Tinker Hatfield, and Mark Parker. The special release was limited to just 100 pairs when it was released in 2012 at Nike’s famed 21 Mercer boutique. The Flyknit upper consists of a multicolor scheme; the lateral panels of both sneakers feature a white Flyknit base with contrasting Volt stripes on the mid-panel, while the medial panels have a black Flyknit base with Volt stripes on the mid-panel. A cluster of black and white Flyknit material comprise the toe. A bright Volt tongue with black laces and black sock-like collar with Volt accenting rounds out the upper. A white Free sole with traction pods completes the look of this highly-regarded design. The Nike Lunar Flyknit HTM was released in 2012.
