The Vans Sk8-Hi “Patchwork” is a unique and colorful edition of the iconic high-top skate shoe. Like its nickname implies, the Sk8-Hi receives a series of multicolor patches across the upper in different materials including canvas, suede, and leather. The suede eyestay and tongue and toe panels are also mismatched on opposite feet, with the left shoe in cream and red and the right shoe in royal blue and red. The only color placement consistent on both shoes is the suede heel tab, which appears in burnt orange on both feet.
