The Vans Sk8-Hi Reissue "Refract" closed out the decade, as it released just ahead of the New Year on December 22, 2019. Bringing back a retro psychodelic pattern used on previous Vans styles, the Sk8-Hi model dons a blacked-out canvas and suede upper with a bevy of colorful stripes along the lateral side. Color bursts off the shoe in warm tones of red, orange, and purple, and the skateable style is sealed with a monochromatic black sole.
