The Air Jordan 12 “Cherry” is an original colorway of Michael Jordan’s twelve signature design with Nike—and first official Jordan Brand model—from 1997. Worn throughout the 1996-97 NBA season while a member of the legendary Chicago Bulls, Jordan soared to new heights while wearing the premium model. The upper is constructed of white leather base with bold red pebbled leather contrasting along the toe, forefoot and mudguard. Silver top eyelets along with embroidered black Jumpman detailing on the tongue and a black nylon heel tab with additional Jumpman branding are signature design aspects of the Air Jordan 12. Completing the look is a white and red sole with “23” on the heel and “Jumpman” written on the midsole. This retro of the Air Jordan 12 "Cherry" was released on December 19th, 2009.
