Holiday Gift Guide: Best Sneakers Under $200

Ten of our favorite sneakers that you can grab for less than $200 right now.

Matt DeSciora

With another holiday shopping season underway, there will undoubtedly be folks looking to buy the “perfect” shoe(s) as a gift or a gateway into the culture, whether it be for themselves or someone close to them. We’re here to say that no such shoe exists. The barrier to entry into the world of sneakers is low. So low, in fact, that all one needs to be considered a “sneakerhead” is a pair or two of sneakers to cycle through to avoid wearing the other one down too quickly. That’s it!

The “best” sneakers aren’t necessarily the most expensive sneakers, which is why we’ve compiled a list of our favorite shoes available at Stadium Goods at the $200 or less price point. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or a budding sneaker collector, rest assured that the foundation of any “sneakerhead’s” shoe closet are a few great, reliable kicks that didn’t break the bank.

This is the Stadium Goods Gift Guide to Sneakers Under $200.

Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black Toe 2023”

Inspired by the Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe” from 1985, the Jordan 1 Low OG “Black Toe 2023” features the same color scheme, and same old school vibe as the original version from back in the day. You can’t go wrong.

Nike Dunk Low “Panda”

It’s true, it’s true: the Nike Dunk Low “Panda” is still the most popular sneaker in the world. If for some reason you or someone you love doesn’t own this ultra versatile shoe, now would be the perfect time to change that. Pairs of the essential “Panda” Dunk are $200 or less at Stadium Goods this holiday season.

Nike Air Max 97 OG “Silver Bullet”

When word got out that the Nike Air Max 97 “Silver Bullet” would be returning for the second time in five years this year, there were whispers that the shoe would “flop” because of the quick turnaround between drops. That of course proved to be blasphemous, as collectors moved quickly to snatch up pairs of the all-time great Air Max 97 colorway to their collections. And you should, too, if you haven’t done so already. We wouldn’t be so quick to count on another restock by Nike anytime soon.

New Balance 550 “White/Black”

The New Balance 550 has lived quite a life for a sneaker. It started out as a basketball shoe in the 1980s. Soon thereafter it fizzled out as an athletic sneaker, and went dormant for almost three full decades before it was unearthed by Aimé Leon Dore founder Teddy Santis in New Balance’s archives. It was subsequently tapped by the clothing brand for a string of high-profile collaborations, which turned it into a household name in modern footwear. If you haven’t had a chance to own the shoe yet, here’s your chance with a versatile “White/Black” colorway.

Women’s Ugg Tasman “Chestnut”

It’s been a long time coming for Ugg, the Australian-based shoe brand that specializes in comfortable, slip-on style footwear for casual wear. Once the butt of jokes by hardcore sneaker collectors, Ugg was finally accepted by mainstream sneaker culture in 2023, and the brand couldn’t be any more on fire right now. Everybody needs a pair of warm slippers for winter, don’t you think?

Supreme x Nike SB Blazer Mid “Denim”

Every once in a while, Supreme releases a piece of clothing, an accessory, or a collaboration that celebrates an iconic moment in the brand’s history. There may be no better example of what we’re talking about than the Supreme x Nike SB Blazer Mid collaboration from 2022: the team-up succeeds Supreme’s legendary SB Blazer collection from 2006.

Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog “Sasquatch”

Now several collaborations in, Salehe Bembury and Crocs are still churning out one great colorway after another of the Crocs Pollex Clog. The model’s “Sasquatch” colorway is definitely one of the more sought after versions of the interesting-looking shoe—and available at Stadium Goods right now for less than $200 in most sizes.

Air Jordan 1 High OG “White Cement”

Amazingly, the Air Jordan 1 High had never prominently featured the iconic cement patterning from the original Air Jordan 3 until this year. The Air Jordan 1 High OG “White Cement” incorporates the Jordan 3’s legendary elephant print detailing on its overlays, giving the shoe an old school yet totally fresh look.

Teddy Santis x New Balance 990v3 Made in USA “Khaki”

New Balance’s “Made in USA” collection got the boost of a lifetime when it named Aimé Leon Dore founder Teddy Santis as its Creative Director in 2021. The line has been releasing dozens of desirable colorways of some of New Balance’s most prized sneakers, including this great “Khaki” take on the 990v3.

Women’s Air Jordan 3 “Black/Cement/Gold”

Year after year, you can count on Jordan Brand to honor its most timeless sneakers. In 2023, the company redesigned the Air Jordan 3 in a women’s-exclusive colorway called the “Black/Cement/Gold” that updates the model’s iconic “Black/Cement” style with flashy metallic gold accenting.
