Can’t keep track of all the “Panda” Nike Dunk releases? We’ll do it for you.

Predicting what will happen next in sneakers is nearly impossible. One day everyone is on “dad shoes,” the next day folks are stocking their closets with Crocs, sandals, and slides. It goes without saying that these are truly some unprecedented times in the sneaker game.
Still, in spite of so much volatility, there is one shoe that is universally agreed upon as the culture’s most popular model right now: the Panda Dunk.
Released in 2021, the Panda Dunk has emerged as something akin to sneaker culture’s de facto shoe over the last two years. And no one can definitively say why.
It could be because of the Dunk’s resurgence in popularity in recent years with the help of consistent Panda Dunk restocks. It could also be because the “Panda” can be worn by anyone, with anything. It could also be because, well, who doesn’t love a sneaker nicknamed and styled after a panda bear?!
Whatever the reason, this much is certain about the “Panda” Dunk: the versatile black-and-white sneaker is the undisputed champion of our culture.
If you’re looking to get into the colorway, or one of its many, many variations, you may want to first take a look at this Guide to Every “Panda” Dunk. Below you’ll find all of our favorite versions of the colorway, all of which are available now at Stadium Goods.
The original Nike Dunk “Panda” colorway is this extremely versatile, black-and-white shoe that debuted in March 2021. This is the sneaker that has been all over TikTok the last several years, and the colorway in which all “Panda” designs are measured against. If you were to cop one “Panda” Dunk, you could do no better than this classic shoe.

The Nike Dunk “Panda” colorway isn’t exclusive to the model’s low-top silhouette. It’s also offered on the Dunk High, which means more people can enjoy the popular theme.
Also available in: Women’s, Grade School, Pre-School, Toddler, Women’s “Vintage Black”
As you’ll begin to see, no two “Panda” Dunks are the same, in spite of the fact that every version of the colorway features a black-and-white color block. Case in point: the Nike Dunk Low “Reverse Panda,” which, as you can probably tell, flips the OG “Panda” Dunk’s color block.
The Nike Dunk Low “White Panda” is another clean example of how versatile the neutral-based colorway is, no matter how you remix its two-tone color block. This time, you just get more white.

The inverse of the above colorway is the Nike Dunk Low “Black Panda.” Nothing more needs to be said about this go-anywhere Dunk.

Women’s Nike Dunk High Up “Panda”
Like we said, the “Panda” colorway has appeared on more than one version of the Dunk. In January 2022, Nike released the theme on the Women’s Dunk High Up, which is basically a modern take on the retro basketball shoe, but with modern, lifestyle-focused details.
Nike Dunk Low “Red Swoosh Panda”
A red Swoosh on a “Panda” Dunk? Why not? The Nike Dunk Low “Red Swoosh Panda,” as it is so aptly called, is more or less a version of the OG “Panda” Dunk with red leather Swooshes. No matter how you remix it, a “Panda” colorway looks fresh at all times, even when you give its Swoosh a new hue.
Nike SB Dunk Low “Panda Pigeon”
For some, the Nike SB Dunk Low “Panda Pigeon” is the OG of “Panda” Dunks. Why? For starters, the black-and-white shoe was actually released in 2019 before the standard “Panda” Dunk that rose to fame. And the other reason why many veteran sneaker collectors consider the “Panda Pigeon” to be the theme’s top colorway is because it was designed by famed designer Jeff Staple, who also created the original “Pigeon” SB Dunk Low from 2005.
